Vincenzo Carrano is a director, photographer, and creative director.

Born in Italy. Drawn west by the light, the space, the particular silence of the American desert. He works between Los Angeles and the Mojave, in the place where the landscape stops being background and becomes the whole story.

His commercial work spans Dior, ASH, Frederique Constant, Lancome, Numero Berlin, Nowness, Dorothee Schumacher, and others. Campaigns built from the inside out, from a single instinct about light or place or the way a person moves through a frame.

He works across the full arc. Commercials, narrative short films, documentaries, long-form. From the first conversation to the final grade, every part of the process.

Five to One, his award-winning short film, received four festival awards including Best Short Film and Best Director, with international nominations and selections

Founder of Second Sun, a creative studio and gathering space in the Mojave Desert, where film, brand, and architecture meet. Co-founder of VAYA, a plant-based wellness company rooted in the heritage and culture of the Santana family.
